We appreciated this original hotel and had an unforgettable time. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, had panoramic views and featured a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The location was picturesque and quiet, the staff was exceptionally attentive. It was located in a downtown area. Having different excellent drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

Attractive and gorgeous room, wonderful bathroom with walk-in showers. Lots of coffee, fruit, and eggs at breakfast.

It was an original hotel, nesteled in an original building. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The room was huge and immaculately clean and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Stunning and perfect location near the piers was a plus. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

stayed at a beautiful resort in placencia. owners were warm and welcoming, even introduced their dogs to ours and gave us a dog bed. lent me a phone charger too! treehouse was clean and new, grounds were beautiful, and the food was delicious. highly recommend mariposa!

Everything was modern, had a really nice stay on vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive on arrival and throughout the stay. They gave me well-appointed and modern room with adjacent bathroom built on stilts and updated amenities, for example. Secluded location was a plus. The pool bar was available on the premises.

The location was stunning and absolutely perfect - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was clean and we had excellant drinks in the poolside bar.

The cabins were stunning with beautiful views. The pool and bar area were great, and the landscaping was well-maintained. It was easy to get into town with the option of biking or taking a taxi. Additionally, many tour companies offered pick-ups from the hotel. The staff was exceptional, from the warm welcome with cool towels and drinks to the attentive service throughout our stay. They catered to our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The rooms were comfortable, well-lit, and stocked with towels and amenities. The continental breakfast was nice, and we also enjoyed ordering from the regular breakfast menu. The lunch and dinner options were absolutely delicious, with the Chicken Roulade being our favorite. the owners treated us like family, and the staff truly went above and beyond.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. Location: the hotel was so close to the municipal pier, very nice beach and view and downtown in the more populated area.

The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed the variety. The location was excellent in the more populated area and the staff here was superfriendly and accommodating. Besides, it was short walk to the other restaurants around the village, and Mariposa Beach Suites.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the welcoming atmosphere and the helpful staff. The beach bar and pool were perfect for relaxing during the day. The complimentary bikes and snorkeling equipment added to the fun. The cooks accommodated our dietary restrictions and the hammocks were amazingly comfortable. The property was bug-free and the grounds were beautifully maintained.

Felt right at home, nothing was too much trouble.
